Tailored Perfection, LLC
By booking services with Tailored Perfection, LLC (“Tailored Perfection,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies apply to all services, bookings, and events.
Booking & Date Retainer
A non-refundable date retainer is required to secure your event date. The retainer reserves time, planning, and availability and is applied toward the total service cost. Date retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, weather conditions, or changes in client plans. No services are confirmed until the retainer is received.
Payment Schedule
Remaining balances are due 3–15 days prior to the event date, depending on the services booked. The exact payment due date will be clearly communicated to the client at the time of booking or when payment arrangements are approved. Failure to submit the remaining balance by the agreed-upon due date may result in cancellation or modification of services without refund of the date retainer.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client-initiated cancellations result in forfeiture of the date retainer. Events may be rescheduled one (1) time, within three (3) months of the original event date, pending availability. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing. Additional fees may apply if services or event scope change.
Weather Policy
Tailored Perfection closely monitors weather conditions for outdoor events. In the event of unsafe or severe weather, Tailored Perfection reserves the right to reschedule the event. Weather-related reschedules are subject to the same one-time, three-month availability policy. Date retainers are not refunded due to weather. If rescheduling is not possible, the retainer remains forfeited.
Event Acceptance & Day-of Approval
Clients are required to sign an Event Acceptance / Service Approval on the day of the event, confirming that setup and services have been delivered as agreed. Once signed, the event is considered fully accepted and completed. No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued after completion.
Media Release (Photos & Video)
Tailored Perfection, LLC may photograph or record event setups, décor, and styled spaces for business and marketing purposes, including website, social media, and promotional materials. Client names will not be disclosed without consent. Requests to opt out of media usage must be submitted in writing prior to the event.
Alcohol Policy
Tailored Perfection, LLC does not provide, supply, serve, or sell alcohol and is not licensed to do so. Any alcohol present at an event is the sole responsibility of the client and/or the venue. Tailored Perfection, LLC assumes no liability for the service, consumption, or effects of alcohol at any event.
Accessibility & ADA Statement
Tailored Perfection, LLC is committed to providing a website experience that is reasonably accessible and user-friendly for all visitors.

Accessibility of event venues, including compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), is the responsibility of the venue owner or property manager. Tailored Perfection, LLC does not own or control event locations and cannot guarantee venue accessibility. Clients are encouraged to confirm accessibility accommodations directly with their chosen venue prior to booking.
Client Responsibility & Venue Access
Clients are responsible for securing venue access, permissions, and compliance with venue rules. Tailored Perfection is not responsible for delays, restrictions, or limitations imposed by venues or third parties.
Damage, Loss & Liability
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to Tailored Perfection’s property, décor, or equipment. Tailored Perfection, LLC is not liable for injuries, loss of personal items, acts of nature, or failures caused by third-party vendors or venues.
Right to Refuse Service
Tailored Perfection, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services due to unsafe conditions, harassment, inappropriate behavior, non-payment, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Agreement
By submitting payment, signing the Event Acceptance, or completing a booking, the client acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
